Summary
Through a friend, the Shirotani family are introduced to an apartment to move in to. Their joy is short-lived as they learn about a strange rule the apartment building has. The rule is, "Whenever you're in front of the owner you must always wear a smile." If they break this rule... Escape is impossible! The curtains rise on a apartment building survival horror.
