When he goes into the dream forest (dungeon), he is massively scaled-up in size—think back to the hand print. But when he comes back to reality, he is once again normal-sized. So since the cat didn’t get brought back from a dungeon portal such as those that normal hunters enter and exit though (where Beom would be in its normal larger-than-a-car size), but instead came with MC from the dream, it got scaled-down.
